Time is not properly maintained while there is addition of extra resources to the project increases the budget. Therefore, it becomes over budgeted. Lessons learned From this mini-project some lessons are leant such as identification of risks and issues on time is required to mitigate it before it hampers the project work. It is required to do project audit for encountering the challenges throughout project life cycle. Most important is leant about scheduling the project activities.
